Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
- Manage staffing levels effectively to ensure high-quality resident care while controlling overtime
- Lead by example, promoting compassionate, resident-centered care
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

- Active RN license in the State of New York
