Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner
• Assist with wound care and other clinical responsibilities as assigned
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but not required
