Artis Care Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will safely escort residents to medical appointments, including dialysis and clinic visits, while providing support and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Escort residents to and from medical appointments.
- Monitor resident safety during transportation and outings.
- Assist residents in preparing for appointments.
- Report incidents or concerns promptly to nursing leadership.
- Represent the facility professionally at all times.
- Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible PRN schedule.
