Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines
- Monitor nursing personnel adherence to job responsibilities and performance standards
- Participate in facility surveys and inspections as requested
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing staff maintain high-quality care and service standards
- Address and escalate nursing staff complaints or grievances to the DON as needed
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
