Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure and manage prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required.
• Implement and execute individualized care plans to meet residents' unique health needs.
• Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident observations, interventions, and assessments.
• Safeguard the privacy and rights of residents, their families, and colleagues in accordance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing care is highly preferred.
