Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Perform clinical duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and resident evaluations.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect for residents, families, and staff in line with HIPAA policies.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.
- Experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
