Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging recreational activities for residents, including cognitive enrichment programs and light physical fitness classes
- Coordinate and assist with monthly celebrations, themed events, and facility parties
- Organize special interest activities based on residents’ hobbies and preferences
- Support and participate in fall prevention programs
- Ensure resident safety while maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents’ needs and concerns
- Encourage resident participation and promote a positive, inclusive environment
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and compassionate personality
- Previous experience working with geriatric or adult populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
