About The Role

The role drives complex technical programs from definition through deployment, ensuring cross-functional engineering teams deliver scalable software solutions on schedule.

The Program Manager bridges technical and business domains, removing blockers, managing dependencies across distributed teams, and aligning stakeholders around measurable delivery milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs, defining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and design teams using agile methodologies
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, proactively implementing mitigation strategies
• Track program health and delivery metrics using Jira, Confluence, and BI dashboards, reporting status to leadership
• Establish and refine release management processes, ensuring high-availability deployments and minimal downtime
• Manage stakeholder expectations and scope creep while maintaining high engineering velocity
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5-8 years of technical program or project management experience within high-growth software or technology organizations
• Deep familiarity with agile software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure deployments
• Expertise in modern collaboration tooling including Jira, Confluence, Linear, and GitHub
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications and hands-on technical background in software engineering
