Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs, defining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and design teams using agile methodologies
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, proactively implementing mitigation strategies
- Track program health and delivery metrics using Jira, Confluence, and BI dashboards, reporting status to leadership
- Establish and refine release management processes, ensuring high-availability deployments and minimal downtime
- Manage stakeholder expectations and scope creep while maintaining high engineering velocity
- 5-8 years of technical program or project management experience within high-growth software or technology organizations
- Deep familiarity with agile software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure deployments
- Expertise in modern collaboration tooling including Jira, Confluence, Linear, and GitHub
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications and hands-on technical background in software engineering
