Summary

The CLM Product Owner is the named business-side owner of Energy Transfer's Contract Lifecycle Management platform (Agiloft). This role is responsible for the long-term health, adoption, continuous improvement, and business value realization of the CLM program — moving the organization beyond initial implementation into sustained operational excellence.

This is a product leadership and business process role, not a project management role. The CLM Product Owner partners with the CLM Business Analyst, the third-party solution architect, and stakeholders across Commercial, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure the platform delivers measurable, ongoing business outcomes. The role requires someone who can bridge business needs, platform capability, and process governance with a long-term ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Roadmap Management

·         Serve as the named business product owner for the Agiloft CLM platform

·         Maintain and prioritize the CLM product backlog including enhancements, integrations, and process improvements

·         Define and drive the post-implementation product roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders

·         Participate in sprint reviews, release planning, and vendor roadmap sessions

·         Evaluate and prioritize platform change requests against business value and strategic priorities

Business Process Governance

·         Own the end-to-end CLM business process model — from contract request through execution, obligation management, and renewal

·         Establish and maintain process governance standards, playbooks, and documentation for CLM users

·         Identify process gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities across contract categories and business units

·         Ensure process consistency and compliance across the organization

Platform Adoption & Change Management

·         Drive user adoption strategy including training programs, communications, and engagement plans

·         Monitor platform utilization metrics and lead initiatives to close adoption gaps

·         Serve as the primary business-side escalation point for platform issues and change requests

·         Coordinate with the third-party solution architect on configuration, integrations, and technical resolution

Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting

·         Build and maintain relationships with contract stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations

·         Facilitate working sessions to surface process challenges and translate them into platform requirements

·         Report on CLM program health, adoption metrics, and value realization to senior leadership

·         Partner with IT and the solution architect on integrations, data governance, and system performance

Team & Analyst Leadership

·         Direct the work of the CLM Business Analyst in support of process documentation, requirements, and adoption activities

·         Provide day-to-day guidance and prioritization to the CLM BA

·         Ensure CLM BA deliverables align to the product roadmap and business priorities
