Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end programs across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security, and internal developer tooling
- Build and maintain integrated plans in Jira, Linear, or similar tools, including milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and launch criteria
- Coordinate engineering, product, security, SRE, and technical writing teams through design reviews, implementation, testing, rollout, and operational handoff
- Establish program metrics and dashboards using tools such as Jira, Datadog, Grafana, Looker, or equivalent platforms
- Run weekly operating reviews, document decisions and action items, and communicate concise status updates to technical and executive stakeholders
- Identify delivery risks, resolve cross-team blockers, and escalate tradeoffs with clear options and recommendations
- Standardize program processes, including intake, quarterly planning, change management, retrospectives, and post-launch measurement
- 3-8 years of technical program management, engineering project management, or infrastructure operations experience
- Experience delivering cross-functional programs involving cloud platforms, distributed systems, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cybersecurity, or developer productivity tooling
- Strong working knowledge of Agile planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and release coordination
- Hands-on experience with project and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, Slack, or equivalent platforms
- Ability to understand technical architecture, ask effective questions, and translate engineering work into schedules, decisions, and business outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program status and risks to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent technical experience considered. Bonus: experience with Terraform, AWS or GCP, SRE practices, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 programs, and data analysis using SQL or BI tools
