Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, translating high-level business goals into clear epics, user stories, and technical requirements
- Partner with engineering and UX teams to design, build, and ship robust features using agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Linear
- Analyze product usage data using SQL, Amplitude, or Google Analytics to identify bottlenecks, measure success metrics, and drive iteration
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and validate hypotheses
- Manage cross-functional release plans, communicating updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders across the organization
- 3β6 years of product management experience building and scaling software products in a high-growth technology environment
- Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers on architecture, APIs, and system design
- Demonstrated experience using data analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to inform product decisions and measure KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of cross-functional leadership without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience with developer tools, B2B SaaS platforms, or AI/ML integrations
