Key Responsibilities
- Own office and remote-work operations, including workspace access, supplies, shipping, equipment logistics, and vendor coordination
- Manage workplace and administrative tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and expense-management platforms
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics with People, IT, and hiring managers, including hardware, access requests, workspace setup, and documentation
- Plan and execute team events, offsites, customer visits, and leadership meetings from budget through post-event follow-up
- Track invoices, purchase orders, budgets, and recurring vendor contracts; maintain accurate records and approval workflows
- Create and improve operational playbooks, request forms, dashboards, and service-level processes for recurring administrative work
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities, IT support, security, travel, and other workplace-related issues
- 3-6 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, executive administration, or a comparable operations role in a technology company
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requests, competing priorities, and sensitive information with sound judgment and follow-through
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, and expense or procurement tools; comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Strong project-management skills, including the ability to build timelines, manage vendors, track budgets, and deliver events or operational initiatives on schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented approach to supporting distributed technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, hospitality, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams, managing office moves or buildouts, administering HRIS or IT service-management workflows, or working with international vendors
