Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance in Rippling or Workday
- Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues, performance management cases, and compensation reviews
- Facilitate US compliance requirements across multi-state employment laws, leave management, and policy documentation
- Drive performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and feedback loops using tools like Lattice or Culture Amp
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and virtual team-building events to support a distributed workforce
- Maintain accurate personnel records and generate monthly HR analytics reports for leadership
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations Specialist in a fast-paced technology environment
- Hands-on experience with modern HRIS, ATS (Greenhouse or Lever), and performance management platforms
- Working knowledge of US employment law, multi-state compliance, and benefits administration
- Exceptional communication, discretion, and empathy in handling sensitive employee matters
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a bonus
