Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical audits, site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and indexation
- Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, including keyword research, account structure, ad copy, bidding, budgets, and landing-page alignment
- Use Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Looker Studio to identify opportunities and report on rankings, traffic, conversions, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to guide content briefs, landing pages, metadata, and on-page optimization across priority markets
- Partner with writers, designers, web developers, and product marketers to publish and optimize search-focused content and conversion paths
- Run structured experiments across ad creative, landing pages, targeting, and calls to action; document results and scale winning approaches
- Maintain search performance roadmaps, dashboards, and documentation while communicating priorities, risks, and results to marketing leadership
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C technology environment
- Demonstrated success improving organic rankings, qualified traffic, paid search efficiency, and conversion performance
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Console, GA4, keyword research platforms, and SEO auditing tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
- Understanding of technical SEO concepts including crawlability, canonicalization, redirects, structured data, JavaScript rendering, and Core Web Vitals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect channel metrics to funnel conversion, customer acquisition cost, and revenue impact
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience coordinating work across content, web, analytics, and demand-generation teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field; Bonus: experience with SQL, HubSpot or Salesforce reporting, programmatic SEO, international SEO, or enterprise paid-search accounts
