The team partners closely with sales, product marketing, and design to plan, execute, and measure inbound and outbound initiatives across paid, organic, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel demand-generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and content syndication
- Own campaign performance analytics, establish KPIs, and report regularly on pipeline contribution, CAC, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-converting landing pages, ads, and collateral
- Execute ongoing A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, and funnel steps to continuously optimize conversion
- Manage campaign budgets and relationships with external agencies and media vendors
- Partner with sales operations to ensure smooth lead routing and follow-up from marketing-sourced campaigns
- 4-7 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B or B2C technology environment
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, alongside Google Analytics 4
- Proven track record of managing paid acquisition budgets and hitting pipeline or revenue targets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Bonus: Experience with SEO optimization, SQL, or HTML/CSS for landing page updates
