Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to scale organic traffic and maximize ROI on paid search budgets
- Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve site architecture, indexing, and core web vitals issues
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, focusing on CPA, ROAS, and continuous keyword expansion
- Partner with content creators to develop data-driven SEO briefs and optimize on-page elements for target commercial keywords
- Build and maintain attribution models and executive dashboards using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Run rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page layouts to improve conversion rates
- 3-6 years of specialized experience managing enterprise SEO and paid search campaigns in a B2B or B2C tech environment
- Deep expertise with industry-standard tools including GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and managing substantial paid search budgets with positive attribution to pipeline
- Strong technical foundation in site architecture, schema markup, crawl optimization, and server-side factors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, Python for marketing automation, or enterprise SaaS growth loops
