Reboot Staff is seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Austin, TX. You will play a key role in identifying client needs, presenting our services, and closing new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

• Engage with potential clients to present company services and offerings
• Conduct outbound sales activities including calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to client requirements
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress through CRM tools
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
