Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Customer Service Specialist** to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service and support to our clients and customers, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of service
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Identify areas of improvement and suggest proactive solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and procedures
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
