Every Special Child is looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our campus in Burbank, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in early intervention and childhood development. - License Required: CA Sped Credential
- Total Caseload: 10-15
- Working Hours: 35-40/H weekly
- Start & End Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide literacy education tailored to each student's abilities
- Utilize behavior management techniques to support student learning and growth
- Collaborate with speech therapists and other professionals to address students' needs
- Conduct standardized testing to assess students' progress and inform instructional planning
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for all students
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
- State certification in Special Education
- Experience working with children, particularly in a private school setting
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and childhood development principles
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and speech therapy techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
