We are seeking an experienced Resource Specialist (RSP) Teacher to join our team at one of our partner schools in the Pacoima, CA area. In this role, you will provide support to students with special educational needs, working closely with the school community to ensure their academic and social-emotional growth.
Pay Rate: $42.00 - $49.00 per hour
Location: Pacoima, CA 91331
Schedule: Part Time (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Master's Preferred)
*
Required: California Clear or Preliminary Resource Specialist Teaching Credential in Mild to Moderate
*
Proficiency in case management
*
Excellent organizational and time management skills
*
Confident computer technology skills
*
Preferably Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
*
Manage caseloads and provide individualized case management for students with mild to moderate special needs.
*
Deliver targeted instruction and interventions to support students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
*
Deliver student support through both push-in and pull-out services.
*
Collaborate with general education teachers, school administrators, and families to coordinate student support.
*
Utilize the Special Education Information System to maintain accurate records and documentation.
*
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs.
*
Performs related tasks as required.
