The Hybrid Academic Operations Manager for Clinical Placement and Compliance supports the effective execution of clinical education by leading placement logistics, managing student compliance requirements, and coordinating with internal and external partners. This role is hybrid, based out of downtown Manhattan, and it is working with a wonderful team of educators and leaders in the nursing education world!
Responsibilities
Coordinate all clinical placement activities each term, including submitting requests, securing site availability, and finalizing schedules with healthcare partners.
Manage student compliance processes by maintaining health and onboarding documentation, tracking deadlines, and submitting required records to clinical sites.
Communicate placement details, timelines, and expectations to students and faculty, ensuring readiness and alignment with course schedules and site protocols.
Maintain accurate clinical operations records, support accreditation/reporting needs, and strengthen relationships with clinical partner organizations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare, education, or business-related field preferred, with experience in nursing education, academic operations, or clinical placement coordination strongly preferred.
Knowledge of student compliance processes, onboarding requirements, and healthcare operational procedures.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment.
Proficiency in scheduling systems, spreadsheets, databases, and related software tools.
Compensation 65,000 - 75,000
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
