The Hybrid Accounting Manager, reporting to the CFOO, is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, grant financial administration, and maintaining strong financial processes and internal controls to ensure efficient and compliant organizational operations.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining AP/AR ledgers and supporting ad hoc cash analysis as needed.
Process invoices and coding for entry into FundEz via Bill.com, and complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
Record and reconcile revenue from corporate/private donations, government and foundation grants, and fee-for-service income.
Lead grant financial administration by maintaining compliance documentation, managing claim backup, and partnering with program teams to support timely and compliant grant spenddown.
Support audits and financial reporting needs, including assisting with financial system buildout/data transfer, audit requests, and preparation support for Form 990 and other required filings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
3–5 years of accounting experience (nonprofit and grant management experience preferred).
Advanced Excel skills and experience using accounting/financial systems; knowledge of GAAP preferred (CPA a plus).
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
