Healthcare Recruiter

A well-established community hospital in the lower Hudson Valley is seeking a full-time, onsite Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring needs across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and contributing to the onboarding experience. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.


About the Role

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of hospital departments
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departmental leaders
• Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
• Prepare and extend offers in alignment with internal guidelines
• Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment verifications
• Assist with onboarding-related administrative tasks, including credential verification and employment documentation
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders

Schedule

• Full-time, onsite
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Requirements

• Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment required
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite and partner closely with hiring managers
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard HR processes

Compensation

• $65,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience
