Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of hospital departments
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departmental leaders
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and extend offers in alignment with internal guidelines
- Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment verifications
- Assist with onboarding-related administrative tasks, including credential verification and employment documentation
- Maintain ATS data accuracy and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders
- Full-time, onsite
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment required
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and partner closely with hiring managers
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard HR processes
- $65,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience
