Manager, Pharmacy Operations

A community hospital in the lower Hudson Valley area is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy Operations to oversee the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department. This leader will support departmental workflow, supervise staff, and ensure safe and effective medication distribution across the hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Pharmacy Department, including staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and payroll

• Ensure quality and safety in the receipt, preparation, packaging, and delivery of medications

• Supervise and direct pharmacy technicians and support staff, delegating assignments as needed

• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership on departmental initiatives and informatics topics

• Support compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Serve as a resource to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy

• 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience, preferably with administrative or supervisory responsibilities

• New York State Pharmacist license

Compensation: 175 - 180k
