Required Skills:
- Active New York State RN license
- Minimum of 6 years of education experience within a hospital setting
- Proven management experience in overseeing nursing education programs
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate training, orientation, and continuing education initiatives
- Expertise in assessing clinical practices and patient care outcomes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in policy development and adherence to professional practice standards
- Ability to support staffing plans and personnel management
- Familiarity with nursing compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration, Education, or a relevant field, with at least 6 years of related education experience (including 4 years in leadership roles)
- Or a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 7 years of education experience, at least 5 of which are in leadership positions
