The Senior Program Director – Health Plan Transformation will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end implementation of HealthEdge and enterprise-wide program initiatives
- Managing cross-functional teams, project managers, and vendor partners
- Overseeing program governance, KPIs, budgets, and executive reporting
- Driving process improvements, risk management, and project portfolio performance
- Engaging senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- PMP certification (or equivalent) required
- 10 years of program/project management experience in healthcare or IT
- Managed care/health plan experience required
Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
