Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage Clinical Supervisors and Senior Counselors, including hiring, performance management, training, and staff development.
- Lead weekly case conferences and clinical staff meetings to review patient progress and coordinate treatment planning.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring counseling services, groups, and program activities are delivered effectively.
- Conduct chart audits and monitor documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and program requirements.
- Support staff training on clinical documentation, policies, and best practices while ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
- Independent NYS clinical license required (LMSW or LMHC).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical or treatment setting.
