The Deputy Chief Marketing & Brand Officer will be responsible for:
- Leading integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with business goals
- Overseeing brand positioning, campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives
- Managing media relations, digital strategy, and multi-channel communications
- Driving CRM and marketing technology efforts, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Leading and developing a high-performing marketing and communications team
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 10 years of senior-level marketing and communications experience
- Managed care/health plan experience required; healthcare experience considered
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or similar CRM/marketing automation expertise
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and large-scale initiatives
Salary : $275,000 - $295,000
