Location: Western Colorado (Grand Junction | Mesa | Montrose | Pitkin | Garfield Counties)

Compensation: $48.00–$58.00/hr Benefits Pension

An established commercial mechanical services organization is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support a growing service team throughout Western Colorado and surrounding territories.

This role focuses on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and servicing commercial HVAC systems across a variety of facilities and customer environments. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair work

• Service RTUs, boilers, VAV systems, pumps, controls, and related equipment

• Document work performed and maintain service records

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Deliver strong customer service while maintaining safe work practices

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years commercial HVAC service experience preferred

• Apprenticeship program or equivalent education/training

• Well-rounded Journeyman background preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to gain union membership
