tionWe are seeking a BAS / Controls Service Technician to support building automation and HVAC control systems throughout the greater New York City mar

ket.This field-based role is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, commissioning, maintaining, and optimizing building automation systems across a variety of commercial facilities. The position involves diagnosing controls-related issues, performing preventative maintenance, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring customers receive exceptional technical supp

• litiesPerform startup, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and repair of building automation and HVAC control sy
• stems.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues involving controllers, sensors, actuators, VFDs, field devices, and networked control sy
• stems.Respond to service calls and provide corrective maintenance for BAS and HVAC control equi

• ontrols.Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, control sequences, and building
• systems.Proven troubleshooting experience with controllers, sensors, actuators, relays, VFDs, and field
• devices.Experience commissioning and starting up control systems in commercial building envir
• onments.Working knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems, control wiring, and basic networking c
• oncepts.Ability to read and interpret control schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical docume
• ntation.Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stake
