Warehouse & Delivery Specialist
Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and positive Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to join our Boulder team! This role is much more than making deliveries. You'll play a vital role in keeping our technicians equipped, our warehouse organized, our inventory accurate, and our clients taken care of.

What the Job is Like
No two days look the same. Some mornings you may start with vendor pickups, then head out with parts for a job site, and finish the day staging equipment for tomorrow's installations. Other days, a technician may need an unexpected part, a shipment arrives early, or a client's urgent need changes your plans at the last minute.

What You'll Do
- Keep Our Team Ready: Pull, stage, and prepare equipment, materials, and parts for installation crews and service technicians, ensuring every job has what it needs before the day begins.
- Manage Inventory: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and equipment against purchase orders, inspect deliveries for accuracy or damage, perform daily inventory counts, and help maintain organized, accurate inventory.
- Deliver What Matters: Pick up stock from vendors and deliver parts, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently to technicians, job sites, and company locations.
- Support Daily Operations: Load and unload equipment, restock warehouse inventory, return warranty parts and unused materials, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Use Technology: Utilize a computer and iPad to receive inventory, update records, communicate with the team, and accurately track equipment and materials throughout the day.
- Stay Flexible: Adapt to changing priorities, urgent deliveries, and last-minute schedule changes while maintaining a positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Represent Meyers: Interact professionally with vendors, clients, and teammates while providing the exceptional service and professionalism that reflects our company values.
What We're Looking For
- Required: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Required: Ability to safely lift and carry 50 pounds regularly.
- Required: Communication; ability to read and speak English fluently.
- Required: Comfortable using computers, iPads, and mobile applications throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things accurately the first time.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable when plans change.
- Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Professional communication skills when interacting with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or HVAC experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with flexible end times based on business demands.
