The firm represents an impressive mix of entertainment companies, media organizations, start-ups, investment firms, banks, REITs, influencers, and high-net-worth individuals. The work is sophisticated, the clients are fascinating, and no two days look quite the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• You'll become an essential member of a busy litigation team, keeping cases moving from start to finish while supporting talented attorneys on challenging, high-profile matters.
• Preparing complex legal documents
• Electronic filing in California state, federal, and New York courts
• Preparing TOC/TOA exhibits, binders, and trial materials
• Proofreading, redlining, formatting, and applying styles
• Maintaining litigation calendars
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and attorney schedules
• Preparing expense reports and assisting with monthly billing
• Preparing for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• What Makes You a Great Fit
• At least five years of experience in mid-size or large firms
• Strong knowledge of California and New York state and federal court procedures
• Outstanding proofreading and document production abilities

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
