What You'll Do

• Employment litigation from inception through resolution
• Single-plaintiff matters, PAGA actions, and class actions
• Drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and legal analyses
• Developing litigation strategy alongside experienced partners

What You'll Bring

• 3–7 years of employment litigation experience
• Employment defense experience strongly preferred
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills (writing sample required)
• Experience with PAGA and/or class actions is a plus
