A nationally respected litigation firm with more than 25 years of success, an AV peer-review rating, and 85 jury trials is seeking a Litigation Associate (4–10 years) to join its El Segundo office (hybrid 4/1).

You'll step directly into hands-on federal court litigation, including a significant class action involving skilled nursing facility understaffing claims in Los Angeles, plus medical malpractice and civil litigation.
From day one, you'll be trusted to:
- Handle cases from inception through resolution.
- Lead federal court litigation.
- Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Prepare cases for trial—with genuine courtroom exposure.
- Work on sophisticated healthcare defense, products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, elder abuse, and other complex civil matters.
