Overview
As the Business Development Director, you will be the lead architect of our strategic partnerships and market expansion. Your mission is to transition high-level growth goals into sustainable success by cultivating deep-rooted relationships with the world’s premier retailers. You will lead a high-performing team to bridge the gap between visionary strategy and consultative execution, ensuring our organization remains a trusted, indispensable partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate partnerships with retailers to secure long-term, high-value collaboration.
- Capture new business by aligning our capabilities with untapped retail segments.
- Lead complex contract talks focused on sustainable margins and commitments.
- Direct internal product and service roadmaps to ensure they meet partner needs.
- Mentor sales team to balance a relationship-first approach with revenue targets.
- Track industry trends and shifts to advise partners on planning and positioning.
Qualifications
- 8 years work experience in Wholesale/B2B sales with retailers such as but not limited to: (Walmart, Target, Burlington, Home Depot, Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillard's Costco, Sephora, Ulta, BJs, Bealls, Ross, Five Below etc.)
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising, buying cycles, and category planning.
- Demonstrated ability to scale business and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
