Overview
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be the primary engine for our recruitment efforts, identifying and engaging top-tier talent to meet our organizational hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to build diverse talent pipelines and ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience from the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage talent through social recruiting and other sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for active and future requisitions.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership and hiring managers to align with department goals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and organizational alignment.
- Manage the top-of-funnel process, ensuring all data is accurately tracked.
- Meet hiring targets and fill specialized roles effectively.
- Support college recruiting, including outreach and identifying emerging talent.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive candidate engagement.
- Excellent research and screening abilities to identify and assess potential candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in Wholesale, Fashion, Consumer Goods is strongly preferred.
Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)
