Social Emotional and PBIS Leader
- Job Description: The Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and PBIS Leader is responsible for promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment by leading the implementation of social-emotional learning and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). This role supports staff and students by developing consistent behavior expectations, strengthening student well-being, and fostering a school culture focused on respect, responsibility, and relationships. The SEL and PBIS Leader works collaboratively with teachers, administration, and families to ensure systems are in place to support both academic success and the social-emotional needs of all students.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing development of social-emotional learning (SEL) and PBIS initiatives
- Support staff in creating positive, consistent, and inclusive classroom environments
- Provide coaching and resources to strengthen behavior management and student support strategies
- Monitor and analyze behavior and climate data to inform interventions and improvements
- Facilitate staff collaboration and professional learning related to SEL and PBIS practices
- Partner with administration, staff, and families to promote a positive school culture and student well-being.
There will be one position at the Elementary and one position at the Middle School/High School. Please specify as to which one you are interested.
