Career & Workplace Readiness Leader
- Job Description: The Career & Workplace Readiness Lead coordinates career and college readiness efforts within the school. This role works with administration and counseling to support accurate reporting, program development, and compliance with CTE requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support Career & College Readiness Indicator (CCRI) reporting
- Assist with DCAP, Perkins/RPP, and CLNA requirements
- Collaborate with staff to strengthen career pathway opportunities
- Maintain documentation for state reporting and audits
- Provide CLNA summaries and updates for school board reporting
- Represent the school in CTE-related committees, such as SIAC.
