What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Officer position at EnableSA (Pty) Ltd?
· Manage the recruitment cycle of new employees
· Facilitate on-boarding process of new
employees ensuring a smooth transition into the company
· Administration of contracts & relevant
documentation for employees
· Process Terminations and Internal Transfers
· Act as point of contact for employee queries
and concerns
· Employee electronic file maintenance
· Maintain accurate Employee staff list
· Administration of IOD's
· Order and distribution of employee uniforms
· Advise managers of required performance review
intervals for all employees
· Keep record of all reviews conducted &
outstanding
· Issue satisfaction survey to employees
electronically and maintain record of feedback
· Compile monthly HR report
· Ensure that an accurate and updated list of
relief pool employees is kept
· Record keeping of all disciplinary actions implemented
· Compiling of absenteeism report
· Taking of Minutes at meetings when required
· Updating of Organograms
· Assist HR Manager with projects, programs,
event planning, research and resource allocation
· Back-up for payroll when required
· Assist payroll with any required
documentation and confirmations
· Arranging external training interventions,
tracking of mandatory training, documentation for training interventions
· Managing electronic communication with
Employees through various platforms
· Facilitate the YES Program and Learnerships
Requirements
· Grade
12
· HR
qualification preferred,
· Minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience in a
similar role.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR & payroll
software.
· Valid
drivers license and own transport,
