We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 0–2 years of experience to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, supporting monthly close activities, and assisting with general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain general ledger and support account analysis
- Help compile and analyze financial information for internal reporting
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial needs
- Assist with ad hoc financial reports and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships will be considered)
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (strong plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or exposure to SAP (FI/CO modules preferred)
- Understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
