Employment Enterprise, Inc. is supporting a long-standing provider of comprehensive mechanical contracting services known for delivering high-quality solutions across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage scheduling, accounting tasks, and customer communications with precision and professionalism, ensuring smooth daily operations and top-tier support.. This position is onsite in Purcellville, Virginia and pays $20-$25 per hour.
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and clerical accounting tasks, including filing, scanning, and office supply management
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with technician scheduling and dispatching
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Receive and place follow-up phone calls, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience; contracting and dispatching/call center experience a plus
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent telephone skills and professional communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Positive, team-oriented attitude; able to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to resolve conflict and proactively address potential issues
- Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with the team to set deadlines
