Community Association Manager

Please note: Candidates must be residing on the island to be considered.

Position: Community Association Manager

Location: Kauai, HI (Remote, most be located in Kauai or neighboring islands)

Pay: $31.25/hour

Experience: Prior experience in property management, community association management, or as a board member is strongly preferred.

Education: CAM license or willingness to obtain one (if applicable in your state).

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm

Employers Options is seeking a Community Association Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned associations and their board members.
• Oversee the implementation and enforcement of house rules, bylaws, and governing documents.
• Assist in preparing and managing association budgets and financial reports in coordination with accounting teams.
• Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and provide follow-up communication.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure quality service.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, insurance requirements, and community standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain detailed documentation.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of homeowner/condominium associations, governing documents, and board operations.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, etc.).
