Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Community Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of several small to mid-sized homeowner associations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the board of directors, homeowners, vendors, and contractors.
- Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and draft meeting minutes.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and reserve studies in collaboration with accounting staff.
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and repair projects.
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, state laws, and association policies.
- Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and concerns with professionalism and Aloha.
- Oversee resident managers, site managers, and association employees.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in community management is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Hawaii state laws governing community associations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- CMCA certification is a plus, but not required.
