Position: Moving Leads

Location: Kahului, HI

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: Prior moving or logistics experience; lead/crew supervisor experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Contract

Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Employers Options is seeking a Moving Leads to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Lead a team of movers on residential and commercial jobs.
• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, equipment, and personal belongings.
• Train and guide crew members on proper moving techniques and safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers to ensure a smooth and professional moving experience.
• Complete basic paperwork and job checklists.
• Operate moving equipment and company vehicles safely as needed.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50–75 lbs) repeatedly.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
