Senior SAP FICO s4 Analyst, SAP S4 Public Cloud, Savannah, GA. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Sales & Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration between finance and order-to-cash processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in FI and SD modules.
- Configure and customize business processes including:
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Revenue recognition and financial closing processes
- Logistics Execution (LE), Transportation and Freight.
- Ensure integration between FI and SD modules, including automatic account determination and billing flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and provide best practice recommendations aligned with SAP Public Cloud standards.
- Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and public cloud restrictions (clean core principles).
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of SAP experience with a focus on FI and SD modules.
- At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Financial Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
- Logistics Execution (LE), Transportation and Freight.
- Experience with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology.
- Understanding of integration points between FI and SD (e.g., billing to accounting).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification (FI and/or SD).
- Experience with Central Finance or Group Reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
