We’re working with a well-established Electrical Contractor based in Miami, Florida, delivering high-quality electrical installations across commercial, government, and education sectors. With a strong pipeline of work ranging from $200K to $10M, they are looking to bring on a driven and hands-on Electrical Foreman to join their growing team.
🔧 The Role:
As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading crews on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Plan daily work activities and manage manpower effectively
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes and safety standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
- Monitor project progress and maintain schedules
- Oversee quality control and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial or public sector projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC codes
- Experience working on projects ranging from $200K – $10M
- Ability to lead teams and drive productivity on-site
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- OSHA certification preferred
