Junior Estimator – Ground-Up Commercial Construction

The Role:
- Assist with quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Support senior estimators in preparing bids and proposals
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor pricing
- Help build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
What They’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in estimating or construction (GC or subcontractor)
- Exposure to ground-up commercial projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with estimating software is a plus
- Must be currently based in the Dallas area
