Construction Superintendent – Dallas, TX

We are partnered with a reputable Dallas-based General Contractor that delivers high-quality projects across the retail, healthcare, office and broader commercial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Construction Superintendent to support ongoing and upcoming projects across the Dallas area.

The Role:
As Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from ground-up through to completion
- Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and trades
- Maintain and drive the project schedule
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate inspections and ensure quality control throughout the build
- Lead daily/weekly site meetings and communicate progress with the project team
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Proven experience on retail, healthcare, office or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Experience working on projects in the Dallas market is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines
