Job Description:

We are seeking a SAP S/4 HANA Cloud FICO Functional Lead to spearhead a high-visibility migration from SAP ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Premier Edition). Based in beautiful Savannah, GA, this direct-hire role is perfect for a subject matter expert who thrives on bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, specializing in configuring modules like FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. You will analyze requirements, design business processes, and implement Fiori-based solutions, often requiring extensive experience in full-lifecycle implementations, expertise in SAP best practices, and strong communication skills.

You will be instrumental in bolstering the project team’s skill set with your proven SAP S/4 HANA experience. You will assist with the adoption, migration and implementation. You are a poised and crisp communicator.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Design: Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical blueprints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounting and Logistics.
• Integration & Testing: Lead functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare functional documents, test scenarios, and support UAT/go live.
• Configuration & Implementation: Configure enterprise structures, master data, and business processes in S/4HANA (e.g., Finance, Sales, Procurement).
• Data Migration & Cutover: Support data migration and cutover activities during go-live.
• Mentor, Support & Train: As the Subject Matter Expert, be the key resource to mentor, support and train.
• Collaboration: Work with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Business Process Mapping: Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Fiori & User Experience: Utilize SAP Fiori apps to optimize user experience and workflow.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end implementation cycles from blueprinting to go-live.
