My client is a fast‑growing, award‑winning NetSuite Alliance Partner with a strong cloud‑ERP and integration practice, serving mid‑market and enterprise clients across multiple industries. They are expanding their NetSuite delivery team and are looking for a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant to lead complex, multi‑module implementations and drive value for clients invested in the NetSuite ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into tailored NetSuite solutions, while maintaining best practices in configuration, integration, and change management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on NetSuite professional who enjoys leading projects, mentoring junior consultants, and shaping the way clients use NetSuite to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end NetSuite implementation projects from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Conduct requirements workshops with stakeholders, map business processes to NetSuite functionality, and document solution design and configuration decisions.
- Configure core NetSuite modules including Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and CRM/Sales, with optional exposure to Advanced Revenue Management, Manufacturing, and SuiteCommerce.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, manage change requests, and guide clients on continuous improvement and optimization of their NetSuite environment.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to IP, accelerators, and internal playbooks to improve project delivery and consistency.
Required Experience
- 6 years’ experience in ERP implementations, with 4 years focused specifically on NetSuite.
- Proven track record of leading multiple successful NetSuite implementations in mid‑market or enterprise environments.
- Strong hands‑on configuration experience across NetSuite Financials, Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Excellent client‑facing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to business audiences.
- Comfortable working in a remote / hybrid environment with a distributed team and occasional travel.
Preferred Skills
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Consultant, or relevant functional module certs) are highly valued.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: distribution, manufacturing, professional services, SaaS, or subscription‑based businesses.
- Familiarity with ERP best practices, internal controls, and SOX‑adjacent environments.
- Experience using Celigo, Jitterbit, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.
- Exposure to NetSuite SuiteCommerce, Manufacturing, or Advance Revenue Management.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
